MaterialsCodegraph provides computational simulation services for materials research. By using our platform, you agree to:

• Use the platform solely for legitimate research and educational purposes
• Provide accurate information during registration and use
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Respect computational resource limits and fair usage policies

Intellectual Property & Research Data

• Your Data: You retain ownership of all simulation inputs, results, and research data
• Our Platform: MaterialsCodegraph retains all rights to our software, algorithms, and platform technology
• Open Source: Core libraries are released under permissive open source licenses
• Citations: Published research using our platform should cite MaterialsCodegraph appropriately

Computational Resources & Billing

• Alpha access is provided free of charge to early users
• Production usage will be billed based on computational resources consumed
• We provide transparent pricing for GPU time, storage, and data transfer
• Unused computational credits may expire according to pricing tier terms

Service Availability & Support

We strive to provide reliable service but cannot guarantee:

• 100% uptime or uninterrupted access to computational resources
• Specific completion times for simulations (estimates provided)
• Compatibility with all simulation software versions
• Recovery of data lost due to hardware failures beyond our control

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Using our platform for cryptocurrency mining or other non-research computation
• Attempting to reverse engineer or circumvent platform security
• Sharing account credentials or violating single-user licensing terms
• Running simulations for weapons development or other harmful purposes

Account Termination

Either party may terminate account access with 30 days notice. We reserve the right to immediately suspend accounts that violate these terms or engage in prohibited activities.
