By accessing or using MaterialsCodeGraph, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. MaterialsCodeGraph is operated by DVNC Labs.

Platform Access & Usage

MaterialsCodeGraph provides AI-powered thermal simulation services for materials research. By using our platform, you agree to:

• Use the platform solely for legitimate research, educational, and commercial purposes
• Provide accurate information during registration and waitlist signup
• Comply with all applicable laws and export control regulations
• Respect computational resource limits and fair usage policies

Intellectual Property

• Your Data: You retain full ownership of all simulation inputs, results, and research data you create using our platform.
• Our Platform: MaterialsCodeGraph and DVNC Labs retain all rights to our software, algorithms, AI models, and platform technology.
• Open Source: Core physics libraries (including kALDo integrations) are released under permissive open source licenses as specified in their respective repositories.
• Attribution: Published research using our platform should cite MaterialsCodeGraph appropriately.

Waitlist & Early Access

• Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access to the platform
• Early access may be provided at our discretion based on use case fit
• Early access features may change or be discontinued without notice
• You may unsubscribe from waitlist communications at any time

Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but cannot guarantee:

• 100% uptime or uninterrupted access to computational resources
• Specific completion times for simulations
• Compatibility with all third-party simulation software
• Recovery of data lost due to circumstances beyond our control

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Using our platform for cryptocurrency mining or non-research computation
• Attempting to reverse engineer, circumvent, or compromise platform security
• Sharing account credentials or violating licensing terms
• Running simulations for weapons development, illegal activities, or purposes intended to cause harm
• Automated scraping or abuse of platform APIs

Limitation of Liability

MaterialsCodeGraph and DVNC Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
